About The Project Blue Book Archive
Our Mission
The Project Blue Book Archive was founded to make the complete U.S. Air Force UFO investigation records freely available to researchers, historians, students, and the general public. We believe in transparency and the democratization of historical information.
What is Project Blue Book?
Project Blue Book was the official U.S. Air Force program to investigate unidentified flying objects (UFOs), later known as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). Operating from 1947 to 1969, the program investigated over 12,000 reported sightings and produced detailed reports on hundreds of cases.
